This video explains Gigaclear's full fibre broadband installation process. For the majority of customers, installation is carried out in two stages:
1. External Works – Our engineers prepare your property for full fibre broadband by bringing the fibre cable to your external wall.
2. Installation Day – A trained engineer completes the installation, connects your router, and ensures your service is fully operational.
Depending on your property type, installation methods may vary, but we always aim for the least disruptive approach. If required, a survey may be conducted to assess more complex installations.
