A House I'd like this for the following 2 things:
Tool Store 4 (This wouldn't be easy as I'd need oak planks from Vet'ion)
Mounted Glory (I'd need to allow myself a Teak Plank - Other things are obtainable from wilderness)
A Saw to begin construction
