IMPORTANT: Everyone under the age of 18 will need to fill out a form, have it signed by their parents and bring it with you to the show. First filed top left is your parents name, Phonenumber, adress and city. next to it (top right) if the same info about yourself. Below that fill in "SOSF XMAS MOSH 22.12.12". below that fill in the info about the person that is your adult companion during the show (This person is fully responsible for YOU during the show, basically a substitue for your parents)
The Next line needs to be signed by your parents, the next one below by your adult companion.
YOU ALSO NEED TO BRING your ID-Card or Passport, that of your Adult Companion and a copy of your parents ID-Card or Passport.
