Lots of people have asked for me to go through and make a leveling guide for the build so heres my attempt at that

I forgot it in the early tree but you take Mind over Matter as soon as you start picking up like 5+ mana nodes
I also forgot the +1 chain mastery for arc is removed in 3.21 so ingore that
