The Aviation Cocktail | Black Tie Kitchen
The classic Aviation cocktail has seen a resurgence in the past few years. Its floral and herbal tones are fantastic, but don't be mistaken - it's the choice drink of top guns from the 80's ;)

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Gin
½ oz Maraschino liqueur
¼ oz Crème de violette or Crème Yvette
¾ oz fresh lemon juice (I prefer lime juice)
DIRECTIONS
1. Add ingredients into a shaker cup.
2. Add ice, cover, and shake for 10 seconds.
3. Single strain into a cooled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
5. Enjoy!
