When I began at Management Consulted, we were really just one thing. We had a focus on training for the case interview. But as we've grown as an organization to be the world's premier website on consulting, with over three and a half million engaged readers, we found that there have been demands for things that we knew and were trained in inside our consulting firm. I'm Jenny Rae, the Managing Director of Management Consulted. And today we're bringing corporate training like our team received at Bain, McKinsey, BCG, and beyond, to your organization.
For the last few years we've been delivering exciting, interesting corporate training, for large organizations such as Fortune 500 tech companies, as well as up-and-coming consulting organizations, as well as established universities and academic programs.
We work with you in three different formats, digital, group training, and one-on-one coaching. Our corporate training programs are thoughtful, detailed, and highly interactive. And we work with people on concepts such as Pyramid Principle, MECE, & 80/20. We work on styles of communication, upward communication, written communication and executive presentation. And we work on practical skills such as Excel and PowerPoint. We come in for one to five days at a single time, usually multiple times a year, as a partner to your organization to help identify weak points, encourage staff, improve engagement, and ultimately encourage higher points of delivery.
