Share Music With Spotify and Apple Music Friends
I am amazed that nothing like this exists.
For years I regularly shared my music with friends, but sadly most of them were on Spotify. Jumping between apps, correcting typos, and all that jazz was just too much to find their song rec. So, we thought, why not make it easier?
Being an Apple Music user myself I constantly found myself spending more than a minute- clicking on the link, then switching between apps to type in the name of the song rec, then the name of the artist. Then correcting the name of the song because I spelled it wrong the first time! Then questioning is it worth the effort! Then fixing the name of the artist name, all while juggling the two apps. I know, first world problems- but you would think there would be a better way.
On day I had enough, and made an app that my friends and I actually would use every day- a simple app that lets us share our music which is connected to Spotify AND Apple Music.
Think where Reddit / Twitter (Social) meets Spotify / Apple Music (Music) - That's it!
Since then we added some features that users have been asking for, such as:
Users top artists, albums, fans, etc. (similar to Spotify Wrapped / Apple Replay)- as I believe this would be cool to see year round- not just yearly!
Friends recently listened to music, so now whenever I run out of music I can just pop open the app and see what he's listening to (when enabled of course!).
"Sonic" score / matchability with other users on their user profile- like Tinder but purely based off their music tastes!
Ability to share and convert playlists to Spotify / Apple Music
