Arch Linux Done Quick: A Custom Gnome Desktop
The Calam Arch Installer ISO by kyknos123 is a pretty amazing tool that allows you to select multiple desktop environments and packages from a single Calamares-powered image. Check it out here:

I load up this install with the usual goodies: BTRFS, zram, Gnome, and Timeshift with AutoSnap, plus a bit of theming along with a bunch of extensions to customize the final desktop.
