Here is how to easily set up waydroid in Fedora Linux and get a virtual android device for yourself. There is 2 method of installing this to your pc.
To change from Vanilla to GAPPs without loosing data run this command.
sudo waydroid init -f -s GAPPS
then proceed to verify your device with google
