Why Are Tolls Even A Thing?
It was $7.90 to drive down to Illinois for FormulaDrift and I’m not talking about gas, I’m talking about their tolls. So I decided to ask these car people why they have to pay DLC money for roads that should probably just be maintained through taxes…or am I the problem here?
