Episode 11: DUTCH BABIES
Serves 4
Ingredients
1/3 cup butter (@5 Tbsp)
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
5 large eggs
Lemon wedges
10X Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F
Once oven is at temperature, place the butter in a 9x12 baking dish and melt.
While butter is melting place the eggs in a blender and blend on high for 45 seconds. Slowly add in milk and blend for another minute. Then add flour and blend until well mixed. Another 20 seconds.
Once butter is completely melted remove baking dish and pour mixture into the dish and put into oven on middle rack.
Bake at 425 for 20 - 25 minutes or until risen and golden brown.
Remove from over, slice and place on plate.
Squeeze lemon (as much as you like) and then sprinkle confectioners sugar to taste. Serve and enjoy.
