SEGA Mega-CD II (SEGA CD II) - Region Free BIOS Install.
In this video I fit a Region Free BIOS into my SEGA Mega-CD II. To do this I have to remove the old region locked BIOS from the motherboard, I then burn an EPROM with the region free BIOS code, finally I install the new region free BIOS into my SEGA Mega-CD II.
