Well, here's the next episode of the buggy build, which took almost five months to film. The construction of the car was inconsistent, with many delays, as the wheels had to be purchased 1,000 kilometers from home. The wheels were also ordered, and I waited almost a month.
For now, the front suspension will remain as is until the test, as only after the test will it be clear what needs to be changed and improved.
The steering rack is unlikely to be suitable for this buggy, as its hydraulic cylinder size is designed for a car with smaller wheels, and pushing those wheels on it and the pump will be very difficult. After the test, it will also be clear what to do next.
As for the next installment on the buggy, there will be extensive work on the rear end, as even though it's already built, the gearbox has a different ratio, and replacing it will necessitate changes to the control arms. It also needs to be lowered to prevent the axle shafts from being too kinked.
So, that's the progress so far on this car project. Unfortunately, I'm not like Kostya Academician; I don't have the financial resources or the large team to build such projects from scratch.
The only thing I have is a desire to learn new things and not be afraid to make mistakes. I'm confident that everything will work out in the end, and you'll all be happy with the finished product, but there's still a lot of work to be done!
