Earlier in this guide, we discussed project organization as it pertained to the team who are choosing the ERP system and evaluating vendors. This team may well have some of the same people in it as the team who are tasked with delivering the implementation, but the list may be quite different. Regardless, we recommend that the selection team do a formal presentation and handover to the project team once it has been formed.
