So, it was Friday. I opened the letter and was surprised: we were offered good terms for refinancing our mortgage. I replied that we would agree if they gave us a very low interest rate. On Monday, they called me back and said that they could refinance the house at 2.6%.
My husband and I were not very interested in this offer. If only the interest rate were lower.... "
