You can use the 3.5mm port on the " Do it All" unit for an external TRS or TRRS microphone, the one which looks similar to USB C but has many small holes is for external speaker

There's no battery in the do it all handle. It has a USB port so when it is attached to the Pocket 2, you can charge the P2 without having to take off the handle.
The control stick is included with the camera-only pack, as well as with the Creator Combo.
The function button has more functions than you mentioned. If pressed twice, it recenters the gimbal. If held down, it activates full gimbal lock mode until you releaase it.
The button to the right of the joystick cycles through the gimbal modes
Slow and fast follow refers to how quickly the gimbal follows handle movements.
ActiveTrack - the correct info concerning which modes it works in is as follows - ActiveTrack is disabled in the following scenarios: In FPV mode, shooting 4K/60fps video, shooting 4K @ 48/50/60fps video while wirelessly connected to DJI Mimo, shooting High Quality video at 4K/30fps, and shooting 8x slow motion. So you can use 4K30 in battery saver and still have ActiveTrack.
