Views from Tanzania: Collaboration and Development
We were very fortunate to sit down with His Excellency Professor Adolf Mkenda to discuss transforming education in Tanzania. He shared how “education must prepare our youth for globalisation”, how international partners can support education development but also how “the top priority is what the local people want our education system to produce.” We also talked about teacher development, with His Excellency sharing how “there’s no way you can talk about education reform, if you don’t talk about teachers differently”.
