now hear me out, in Scorpeon's Arti guide about luring scavs to the safe turrets, its quite of a mistake, dont lure scavs to the base with your ability, safe turrets have limited ammos.
As a gun perk, the only melee you can pick is the billhook, since your only focus on shooting
Peacemaker chain and UMP45 gives more advantages for artillerist, small ammo guns are good
M60E6 and M249 will be artillerist's heaven gun, you can either scrap m60 for rsass or keep it. Scrap the m249 for modded akm, m249 deal less damage than AKM

Perk combos
Artillerist + Prophet
This is the only combo that suits for artillerist, Prophet scan enemies, arti then fan fire with the peacemaker chain or magdump ump45, they die in one shot, exception of sledgers and forkeys including guards and yosef.
