FiLMiC PRO Update... NOW WITH Dolby Vision 10-bit HDR???
Yep. FiLMiC Pro just added Dolby Vision 10-bit HDR. So in this video we take an early look at the new app update along with some sample footage. And btw, this will work with all iPhone 12 models.
So... Regarding posting some HDR here on YouTube... As it turns out uploading Dolby Vision HDR ain't easy! Still trying to figure out the best workflow and settings as it currently has limited support. *NOTE: The Moondog Labs Multi-Camera Filter Mount has worked well in our testing on the 12 Pro Max (as shown), however, Moondog says it blocks the LIDAR sensor and so they are making an updated model. At this point LIDAR doesn't do a lot for video (evidently mainly helps some with lower light autofocus) and so again the current version seems to work just fine.
