In this tutorial you will learn what is refraction absorption and how to create complex color gradients that depend on density in refractive materials, and how to go beyond Diffuse + Refract by using Vray Fog.

This tutorial is presented on 3ds-max and Vray, but can be applied to any software / renderer.
