Yesterday we learned to bounce our booty up, so the natural next move is to bounce it down as well.
A lot of dancers have a preference when it comes to these two twerk moves. When I started dancing twerk I definitely found bouncing down WAY easier than up. If that is the case for you as well, aren't you happy that I taught you up first?? 🙌🏼
In case you missed the first day: • Day 1 - Bounce Up | 28 Days of Twerk
Tonight I am posting a video of me doing the 'homework' that I give you at the end of the video 💪🏼

Every day is going to start with 50 squats (to warm up your body) and a few affirmations (to warm up your attitude). After that I will challenge you to a new move, a little choreography, or a little endurance challenge using your own favorite songs.
These 28 days are both for beginners and for more advanced dancers. I explain all the moves for my twerk queens in the making, but also give more advanced challenges/options for the advanced ladies out there.
The ultimate goal of this challenge is for you to stick to these 28 days to make sure that where ever you are on your journey you IMPROVE your skills! With this in mind I recommend taking videos of yourself starting today, so you can see your improvement over the course of these 28 days (Please tag me if you post 😍 ).
And last but not least, HAVE FUN! I am so ready for a world full of women feeling comfortable in their own body and if these 28 days help with that in any way, shape, or form I am satisfied! ❤️
