Area Rug Washing
Once a rug has been checked in and vacuumed, it is brought to our wash area and the following occurs:
Each rug is pre treated with a special solution designed to loosen deep down soil.
After the solution is applied, it is raked into the rug to ensure even distribution and is allowed to dwell for five minutes.
A special detergent solution is then liberally applied to the rug.
Each rug is thoroughly scrubbed using commercial rotary brush equipment designed to remove the most stubborn soil.
Detergent and remaining soil is then removed from each rug via dual high pressure water rinse valve lines followed by gently squeezing out any remaining water thru commercial heavy duty rollers designed for this purpose.
Finally, the rug is lifted on a pole and is brought to our heated air driven dry room where it will hang until it is completely dry.
