Just a short time after winning the 60m, Amira Young completed the double, securing the indoor 200m title for the second time in her career and winning both for the second time in her career and the first time since 2021. In a two-heat final Young ran out of the second heat and had to beat out Lasarah Hargrove's 23.37 out of the first heat and the Chicago, Ill., native did just that by posting a 23.31, a Big Ten season-best time, to secure the victory.
