While Peer to Peer has been around for a long time, many have only recently discovered it, and trading is now incredibly easy. All you need to get started is a bank account, an exchange account, and a small amount of money.
Let's briefly explain what it is. Essentially, P2P can be thought of as peer-to-peer trading, without the need for an exchange. You have regular money—fiat, for example, EUR—and you want to exchange USDT for crypto. You can do this by transferring money to the exchange over a long period of time, then wait for it to arrive, and then exchange it for USDT yourself at a favorable rate. You can also buy instantly with a card, but there will be a commission of several percent.
Alternatively, you can use a P2P market, find a seller, transfer money to another person within the bank, and receive USDT in exchange almost instantly. The exchange rate will vary slightly depending on the payment method, and it's this small difference of a few percent that allows arbitrageurs to make money.
P2P has virtually no limits or restrictions on countries or currencies. Regardless of your country, dollars, euros, pesos, or rubles, you can use almost any e-wallet and bank account to find profitable pairs. You can also use various cryptocurrencies. You don't necessarily have to buy and sell USDT specifically; it's just the most popular pair. You can also trade against other stablecoins and even cryptocurrencies. Spreads are even higher there, as there's less competition, but demand is also lower. Be vigilant.
The more accounts you use, the better. While in Spain, I opened this huge list of different accounts. The most liquid, and the ones I've traded the most with, are Revolut, Wise, and SEPA Instant (I use a variety of banks for SEPA Instant, as it's the fastest transfer in the Eurozone). PayPal is second, though it has its own quirks, high fees, but it offers very high spreads and almost no competition. Third are ZEN and Skrill.
It may seem like a few percent per round is very little, but in reality, it's a huge amount! Depending on the effort and time invested, income can reach hundreds of percent per month.
