Text instructions;
Open Sony Vegas
Open a video clip pressing Ctrl+O and browsing for the video clip you want to fix. Click open once you locate it
Click Video FX tab
Next locate "Color Curves"
Depending on the whether the color temperature is low or high. For low you'd select Cool Colors, for high you'd select Warm Colors
Then drag the effect down onto the video track
Lastly adjust the curve to change the color the way you'd like before rendering
