Devices of this configuration are often found in other enclosures, but the internals are identical.
A common malfunction of these devices is error 09, which appears on the screen.
According to the table of malfunctions, this error is listed as a soft-start error.
In this device, a 3845 flyback converter is responsible for soft-start, charging the capacitors to the specified 325V. In this case, the flyback converter is unable to start due to a shorted high side.
After diagnostics, it was discovered that the fault was not only in the high side but also on the 48V line; all MOSFET transistors were faulty.
After restoring the high and low side driver circuits, the MOSFET and IGBT transistors were replaced.
After these repairs, the device started up.
