Converting Microsoft Word (docx) to Google Docs and back again
How do you convert Microsoft Word (docx) to Google Docs? Sometimes those good folks on Microsoft systems just keep sending you Word docs! No worries! You can deal with that without having to pay for a Microsoft Word license, and you also do not need to install Microsoft Word on your computer.
In this video we look at converting a Microsoft Word document (docx) to Google Docs and back again using only Google Drive.
You can do this using a Google Workspace and a Gmail.com account.
You can send the Microsoft Word file back to them as well so they will know no different.
One hint here to make your collaboration easier is to get them to enable their Microsoft account with Google Super powers
