In this video, I’ll show you 3 essential exercises you should be doing daily if you sit for long periods — to help you move better, feel better, and stay strong.

The 3 exercises:

1️⃣ 90/90 Hip Rotations
Improves hip mobility, internal and external rotation, and reduces stiffness

2️⃣ Core Compression (Hip Flexor Strength)
Strengthens your hip flexors and core to restore proper movement and control

3️⃣ Dead Hangs
Decompresses the spine, improves shoulder health, and builds grip strength
