This latest piece of archive footage hails from February 1983 when the Children's ITV slot was only a month old. Matthew Kelly had helmed the January continuity links before handing over the duty over to Isla St Clair for February. These links were pre-recorded and not routinely stored, so this is most likely missing from the archives.
