Tarkov - Customs - Rat Spot - Old Gas Train
Decently well known, but not everyone knows how to get up there. I have okay-ish strength in this clip but you can do this at pretty low strength from what I remember. Worst case bring a stim like an L1 in your secure container. Scavs and other AI will shoot at you here, but they generally won't aim too well.
