This video shows a shortcut for the cannon section in chapter 7 of the Resident Evil 4 Remake. In Chapter 7, you'll need to fight your way inside the castle. However, there's a way to save some time. You can shoot the weight holding the cannon down through the window on the stairs, which means you won't need to go back down and up again once you get to the top of of the tower.
