10 Reasons To Get GOATS!
We were warned. Back in the early days of chicken keeping we were told that chickens were a gateway livestock. It seemed innocent and like we could just have a few chickens and be happy with that. But then the small flock became a big flock. Then a bigger flock. Then 2 flocks. Soon enough 2 goats were added. Then another. Then babies came and it was a herd of 7. Before we know it we wake up to a full on farm in our backyard and my morning homestead chores didn't just include watering but instead included egg gathering and goat milking. Thinking of getting chickens? Well now you have been warned :)
