Viennese milk waffles. A step-by-step video recipe for delicious sweet waffles made in a waffle iron.
The batter is very quick and easy to prepare. You can use an electric waffle iron, an electric grill, or a special waffle pan in the oven.
Hot waffles will be slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and will soften completely as they cool.
Viennese waffles can be served for breakfast with scoops of ice cream and salted caramel, with your favorite syrup and fruit, or simply drizzled with honey or condensed milk. Either way, they'll be delicious!

📖 Sweet Waffle Recipe (12 pcs, 10 x 10 cm):

• Wheat flour - 300g
• Milk - 200ml (warm)
• Eggs - 3 (large)
• Sugar - 100g
• Butter - 180g (72%-82% fat)
• Baking powder - 10g (2 tsp)
• Vanilla sugar - 10g
• Salt - 3g (1/3 tsp)
