Fix Clip Studio Paint Cursor incomplete/flicker/disappearing problem (Hulu Brush Cursor Fixer)
On Windows, Clip Studio Paint's brush rendering is incomplete when the cursor moves quickly. It is easy to lose sight of the cursor at this time. Very Annoying!
So I tried to write a small App, which frequently sends rendering requests to the system to prevent the desktop manager from entering a low-power state. Finally, it greatly improves the brush cursor rendering result of CSP.
