2. Have a strong relationship with your seniors -
A strong relationship with your managers and seniors of the company can open a lot of doors for you. This relationship with them helps you to understand a lot about the organisation and also about the kind of jobs you will have to do if you get promoted. Seniors also help to spread a good word about you. The more people know you, know your strengths and abilities and your value to the organization. Just slogging will not help if nobody knows you.
