Check cell format – Select the cell, set it to General or Number, then re-enter the formula.
Remove extra apostrophes – Ensure the formula doesn’t start with a single quote ('=).
Enable automatic calculation – Go to Formulas - Calculation Options and select Automatic.
Re-enter the formula – Delete and type the formula again to refresh Excel.
Remove leading/trailing spaces – Make sure there are no spaces before the = sign.
Check formula syntax – Ensure functions and separators are correct for your locale/version.
Update Excel – Install the latest updates to fix known bugs affecting formulas.
