What are the documents required to apply for NOC ?
1. Citizenship
2. Passport
3. Academic transcript of last academic degree
4. The offer letter / I20 of desired course from University
5. Council registration certificate, If you are Engineer or Doctor or Nurse,
6. Old NOC if you are re-applying
Note: Photo of original documents are required for online form submission and photocopy or notary copy of each documents are required to issue NOC.
Online application process for NOC
1. Go to http://noc.moest.gov.np and create your account. The first thing you need to do is sign up with your email address or phone number in order to start the application for NOC.
2. Fill the online application form following the instruction as well as upload the documents asked for. Make sure that all the documents uploaded are clear.
3. You will get a notice of your document verification usually within 2-3 business days.
4. If your application is approved, you will have to pay the revenue of Rs.2000 for each NOC payable to MOE at Rastriya Banijya Bank. You may be sometimes asked for extra documents for verification.
NOC Collection Process from NOC Office
1. Once you get NOC verification message in your Gmail or phone number, gather all the required documents for hardcopy submission which are already mentioned above.
2. Now, you need to visit NOC Letter office and can receive NOC
i. Application form and document verification at Window 3 or 4.
ii. Pay the fees at Window 2
iii. Submit your documents to Window 3 or 4 once the payment is made. You will get a token number.
iv. Collect your NOC at Window 6
NOC Distribution time: 10:30am-3:30pm
Verification time: 10:30am-3:00pm
Lunch time: 1:30pm-2:30pm
