Practise your listening skills, my dear Russian learners. Slow Russian storytelling is a good way to learn to hear and recognise words and phrases you've already learned.
How to work on the video:
1. First listening - watch, listen and try to understand the general idea
2. If you have some problems with the comprehention, read the scrip to the story or watch with the subtitles and translate the unknown words
3. Watch and listen to what you've just read about, pause or replay when neccessary
4. Listen again without any script or visual support

The script:
Два дня назад я говорила с женщиной, она португалка. Я рассказывала ей, что мы были в Лиссабоне, мы были в Обидуше, а теперь мы едем в Порту. О, Боже - сказала она. Там же холодно!
Я подумала: это север Португалии, наверное, да, там будет холодно.
И сегодня мы на пляже, на океане и температура такая же. Очень тепло, светит солнце. Правда, ветрено, но, конечно, ветрено, потому что сзади меня океан. И да, вода немного холодная. В океане всегда прохладная вода. Но не беда! Мы отлично проводим время
Two days ago I talked to a woman, she's Portuguese. I was telling her that we've been to Lisbon, Obidos and now we are going to Porto. "Oh my God" - she said - "It's cold there!" I though: " It's North is Portugal, it must be cold there". Today we are at the beach by the ocean today and the temperature is the same. It's very warm, the sun is shining. Of course it's chilly, because there's ocean behind me. And yes, water is a bit cold. Ocean water is always cool. But it's not a problem. We are having a great time
