Yonder is an open-source platform that migrates virtual machines from
VMware vSphere / ESXi to Proxmox, OpenStack, and OpenShift (KubeVirt).

In this 2-minute demo, we migrate three VMs from an ESXi host to a Proxmox
cluster in a single migration plan — including a dual-NIC Red Hat machine
with per-interface static IP configuration applied directly inside the guest.

What you'll see:
Source inventory discovery from VMware vCenter / ESXi
Creating one migration plan and mapping each VM (storage + network)
Per-NIC bridge mapping and static IP (L3) on a multi-interface VM
Cold migration pipeline: snapshot → extract → convert → adapt guest → boot
Automatic guest fixup: initramfs regeneration, virtio drivers, network reconfig
MAC address preservation across the migration
Three VMs running on Proxmox, each on the correct network

Why Yonder:
Cold, agentless VM migration with a clear pipeline and fine-grained per-disk /
per-NIC control. Open source, self-hosted, no vendor lock-in.
