This tutorial will teach you how to enable Developer Options on a Firestick, Fire TV, or Fire TV Cube.
Due to a recent update you may no longer see Developer Options on your Firestick or Fire TV. Also, if you're setting up a new Firestick, more than likely, Developer Options will be missing.
The reason why most people want to enable Developer options is so they can sideload 3rd party apps (apks) not available within Amazon App Store. By doing this, you can install applications through the Downloader app or an outside app store.
