FF WoTV I've maxed out Chell because you need her for Ice selection Q.
Chell is a Green Mage with thief and time mage subjobs.
She brings Imperil and obviously quicken and haste to the table
I do not recommend you EX her to 120 as her EX board has been done by a dummy.
Get her to 99 for selection quests.
