Filemaker Problem - Hide Info In Field or show info from different field
This video demonstrates the problem, NOT THE SOLUTION.
When using a dropdown and showing data from a related field, it still shows the data from the first field. When you put another field over the top, it still shows what's underneath when the dropdown field is selected. I don't want the user to see the ID that the field stores, only the name from the related field.
I've had to reframe how I'm asking the question. Instead of asking how to solve the problem the way I want to solve it, I should have asked the community, "How would you guys solve this problem?"
