Aeropress Iced Coffee Recipe
Grind | Very Fine
Coffee | 30g
Water | 225g
Ice | 225g
Time | 2.5 Minutes
Water Temp | 205 F
1. Insert the plunger into the base of the AeroPress and flip it so that the filter side is facing up.
2. Add your coffee to the AeroPress, ensuring an even bed, and pour the water evenly over the grounds.
3. Start your timer and stir the coffee 10 times with a stirring stick.
4. Place a paper filter in the cap and screw it on.
5. When the timer finishes, flip the AeroPress onto a sturdy carafe filled with your ice.
6. Apply gentle pressure to the plunger, pressing it down through the hiss.
7. Enjoy your iced coffee!
