To get the dual print heads working correctly they need to be aligned, this is my setup for the getting the nozzles to line up.
T0 is 0,0,0 for all tests. Unfortunately in this setup T1 is a different tool and therefor needs a few millimeter of offset in x,y. Z in more of less the same depending on how the nozzle is tightened.
Step 1: Ensure T0 has correct height from the print head using a piece of paper as a feeler gauge
Step 2: Select T1 and set the Z offset until it matches T0 - repeat as needed until perfect. (Since the microscope/camera might not be perfect aligned vertically it is critical that this is set first or you'll be chasing your tail.
Step 3: Select T0 move to 0,0 and place the microscope directly under it. I dragged a window over the image until the corner aligned with the center of the nozzle.
Step 4: Select T1 move to 0,0
Step 5:Manually set move the tool until it aligns with your marker and use this position as the offset for the G10 command. Repeat These steps until you are happy
Note: Since the T1 position changed by nearly 13mm in the X direction I had to redo the macros for tool parking. Remember that the positions for dropping the old tool are done using coordinates in that tools offset. Additionally I had to increase max X to allow T1 to reach
