Something we all love about analog synthesizers such as the Prophet, Moog, TB-303, Juno, etc. is their resonant filters. By modulating the synth's frequency and resonance while playing melodies or patterns, we can achieve very interesting, evolving sonic textures!

In this tutorial Santi will use Omnisphere, which emulates the sounds of classic analog synthesizers. Omnisphere can be fully automated from within a DAW such as Ableton Live.

The synth solo in this tutorial is created by mapping Omnisphere filter's controls to Ableton Live's Instrument Rack macro parameters. Hope you enjoy the tutorial and please leave your comments below in the comments section!
