ORACLE SqlDeveloper on Ubuntu 9.10 platform
This is my first attempt to create a short video to demonstrate ho easy it is to install sqldeveloper on ubuntu 9.10.
The quality of the video is very poor, it depends on my lack of knolegde about gtkrecord. Nevertheless i hope it gives you the idea of the simple steps to follow.
The only requirement to be checked is that on you machine JDK 1.5 or above version is installed. My advice is to use the SUN JDK , by synaptic. and not that provided by ubuntu as OPEN JDK.
