How to bottle homemade kombucha with fruit juice to carbonate it. Adding juice to fresh kombucha restarts the fermentation. Sealed in bottles, this creates a delicious, natural carbonated kombucha, an excellent replacement for soda. Drink less soda. Drink more kombucha!
