07) Modular Residue Sequence Graphing Systems [Mathematics of musical rhythm]
While searching through the depths of MRSGSs, one day I decided to have another peak into the mathematics of musical rhythm -- another one of my college thesis topics. This time, however, I found a mathematical modeling system which was just too amazing to set to the side. As such, another monograph was born.
In this video, I share some sources of information on this topic, from books to composers to music theorists. It is only a tiny smattering of those which I have now accumulated on this subject, but hopefully it will help some of you who might also find this topic interesting. To be sure, I will be sharing references to the more strictly mathematical sources I have used in my own research upon the publication of my monograph thereof.
