Fix Microsoft Studio Effects Not Working On Ryzen NPU/IPU
Fix for audio effects not working when camera preview is stuck at infinite loading or stuck at a blank screen. Tested on a ThinkPad P14s Gen 5 Ryzen 8840HS Hawk Point SoC.
Reboot after installing the drivers.
