I have been thinking about replacing the American Express Platinum card for some time now. At first I thought I would apply for the American Express Delta Reserve credit card; however, I missed out on the limited design and the elevated welcome offer. So I looked at other credit card options; such as, the Chase Sapphire Reserve and the U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve. However, I didn't think the Chase Sapphire Reserve fit with my lifestyle and there was a really high chance I would be denied for the US Bank Altitude Reserve. So I decided to go for the Capital One Venture X card instead; especially with Capital One building out their lounge network. So in this video, I'll walk you through my process of applying for the Capital One Venture X; as well as my thoughts.
